Alex has truly very deep and expansive knowledge on data-related topics and cloud infrastructure. He is always prepared to take the time to help his colleagues with anything they might have going on.

Alex is for me the perfect example of a contractor you hire to get a job done well. You give Alex a few words and he directly understands what you need and finds a realistic, well-functioning solution.

It was a pleasure working with Alex over the last year. His knowledge is very broad, both theoretical and practical. Especially his help on improving Azure DevOps pipelines and defining standards for working with source control was very valuable for our team. Besides technical impressive solutions, he is also very strong in documenting his work.

In this year he helped improve the team on a technical level, with his broad set of skills on Azure DevOps and SQL Server — but also on a maturity level of how to implement those improvements in an Agile manner. The combination of not only delivering value, but also bringing the team as a whole to a higher level, made him an invaluable person.

It was a true pleasure to work with Alex. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable data engineer who always looks ahead on how to improve and innovate. He was part of our migration to Azure team and we really made a lot of progress. It is a shame that another assignment separated our paths, but hopefully he will be back some day.
